Lunasopic reserves the right to offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time includes order verification, packing, and dispatching. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
