1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • The item was spoiled or expired upon arrival

We do not accept returns for change of mind, opened items, or incorrect storage by the customer.


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us at contact@lunasopic.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short explanation

  • Our support team will review and guide you through the next steps


3. Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • In certain cases, store credit or a replacement product may be offered instead

  • Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault


4. Exchanges

We may offer free replacements for items that were damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with evidence.
